We want established painting subcontractors with proven experience in residential interior and exterior painting, surface prep, protection, cut-in work, trim work, and final touch-ups. Our ideal partner runs a dependable 2–3 person crew, shows up on time, works clean, and delivers professional results without constant supervision.

What we expect

• Minimum 2–3 person crew
• Experience in residential repaint projects
• Detail-to-detail workmanship
• Clean job sites every day
• Professional communication with homeowners and project managers
• Ability to follow scope, color schedule, and punch-list standards
• Proper prep before painting begins, including protecting floors, furniture, fixtures, adjacent surfaces, and setting up a clean work area

Insurance requirements

• Active general liability insurance
• Workers’ compensation insurance if your crew includes employees
• Ability to provide certificate of insurance before starting work
  These are standard protections used to reduce property damage, injury, and liability exposure on painting projects.

Scope of work
Our projects may include walls, ceilings, trim, doors, baseboards, crown molding, exterior siding, shutters, and other residential painting scopes. Subcontractors must be able to complete preparation, masking, patching, sanding, caulking, priming, painting, cleanup, and final walkthrough corrections to our standards.
